Capucine invites you to come and discover her passion for a healthy, convivial cuisine centred around quality products and full of flavours.

FROM 10 am TO 2 pm : 60 euros

 

 

JULY 13TH AND 25TH

Zucchini terrine with a tomato and basil coulis

Shrimp curry (homemade sauce)

Mango and crystallized ginger chutney

Chilled pine nut nougat with a red berry coulis 

 

JULY 20TH AND AUGUST 17TH

Sea bream ceviche with a tangy juice

Provençal stuffed tomato and zucchini

Plum meringue tart 

 

AUGUST 10TH AND 31TH

Fresh and sundried tomato tiramisu

Veal piccata with mozzarella, arugula and pancetta

Spinach and ricotta gnocchi with a sage butter

Vanilla panna cotta and figs in a spicy syrup

 

  • Cooking classes occure in her kitchen, followed by an onsite tasting with a glass of wine and coffee.
  • Each lesson is restricted to 4 people. Cancellations must be made 48H in advance. 
  • Dates and menus can be flexible.
