M Rosé M Rouge

The wealth of the Provence, behind its ruby color, is expresses by notes of violette and pepper. Thanks to its flexible tannins, it has a round and well-balanced mouth.

  • Ground

    Origin : the grapes are carefully selected and come from the best soils of Côtes de Provence and come from vines cultivated in integrated farm way.

    Grapes varieties used : Grenache Syrah Mourvèdre

  • Vinification


    Harvest of grapes at their technical maturity.
    Total destemming and crushing.
    Traditionnal vinification with short fermentation on the skins, between 4 and 6 days.
    Pumping-over the must twice a day during the maceration.
    Separation of drop juices and press juices during the devatting.
    Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

    Ageing : Ageing in stainless steel vats at 15°C (59°F). Racking and sticking before bottling. Storage in air-conditionned cellars.
