    Origin : The grapes are carefully selected and come from the best soils of Côtes de Provence and come from vines cultivated in integrated farm way.

    Manual harvest of grapes at their technical maturity.
    Total crushing and destemming.
    Short maceration from 3 to 4 hours before pressing.
    Settling one night at 15°C (59°F).
    Alcoholic fermentation at 16°C (60.80°F) in stainless steel tanks to preserve aromas.
    Malolactic fermentation stopped by sulphiting.

    Ageing : Ageing in stainless steel vats at 15°C (59°F) Light filtration before bottling. Storage in air-conditioned cellars
